The installation was very easy and straight forward. The videos that you provide are a big help as well. I tried and returned one of your competitors, MyQ, but didn’t care for the set-up and it didn’t work as well. The big advantage to your brand is that the contacts for the garage door are hard-wired and there are no issues as to the garage door showing open or not.
Whereas the MyQ has a remote proximity switch that just sticks on the door but doesn’t seem to actually know the position of the door. Your product is way more superior and dependable. Again, thank you for your support and concerns.
